Il tutore Orliman TGO330 è stato studiato per supportare e stabilizzare efficacemente la spalla. E' realizzato con un morbido tessuto elastico tridimensionale privo di cuciture. E' facilmente regolabile con due cinghie con strap per un tiraggio adatto a tutte le necessità. Per il migliorare il comfort è presente un rivestimento sottoascellare e bordini siliconati per evitare che il tutore si sposti. Il tutore Orliman è efficace nello stabilizzare la spalla e fornisce un effetto antigravità che allieva la pressione sulle articolazioni dissipando la tensione muscolare.
